The kids managed to avoid getting trampled. And I managed to avoid trampling anyone while getting race footage. Rowan did the 1-mile kids run and Una did the 1/2-mile. She was a powerhouse – fast out of the gate and she ran the whole way. Some more photos and lots of race video here:

Una has a super running form, and she maintains it so well. Rowan has a great time and stars in Dad’s filming very well.
So, Valerie get to pace the runners & Rik is the camera man. Does that mean Rik gets to run back and forth?
